Iron Horse Good Luck Cuvee 1998

We are very excited about a fun, new limited release Sparkling Wine we are launching this year – 1998 Good Luck Cuvee, celebrating 2002, the Year of the Horse in the Chinese calendar. This is a limited, special release. Only 750 cases have been produced. The next time we make this bubbly will be in 2014 – the next Year of the Horse, 12 years from now. The base wine is a particularly auspicious blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, promising double happiness, longevity and prosperity. It is a vintage Sparkling, aged for 3 years on the yeast in the bottle. It is made with a Blanc de Blancs dosage that is especially delicious with Asian flavors. And, we can all use a little extra good luck.
