We feel this vintage has yielded the finest Chardonnay we have yet to produce. The Estate represents a blend from 10 different blocks of vineyards on our Green Valley property. This a very distinctive, elegant style of Chardonnay, which speaks to a unique growing region in the western, coolest, foggiest part of the Russian River area.
Food Pairing: This wine has a freshness and vivacity that makes it especially great with food. Enjoy with rainbow trout, sole, halibut with mushrooms and asparagus, salmon, steamed lobster, lemon roadt chicken served with jasmmine rice, veal, anything with a cream sauce, goat cheese, walnuts - in other words, as often as possible.
