Reminiscent of Provence and long afternoons sipping Bandol, the nose offers up rose water, flower blossoms, shaved fennel and springtime.
The palate highlights racy plum juice and blackcurrant qualities, rounding out a ripe, fuller bodied style not usually seen in Australia. Crisp and zippy, finishing with a long cut.

Ho hum. I bought it with a larger order, drank it, then totally forgot it. Not a good sign.
