Tropical aromas of freshly-cut pineapple and ripe pear. A soft entry of
well-balanced fruit and oak persists all the way to a pleasing finish of honeydew
melon and crème brûlée.
This wine's natural acidity complements tangy, spicy foods and will offset the richness of
creamier dishes. Enjoy with Asian chicken salad, grilled tuna with melted anchovy butter
and lemon, or a creamy pasta dish with Portobello mushrooms.
I thought this wine was pretty acidic. The finish had quite a bite, not smooth. There are other wines for less that I prefer.
