Dark purple. Vibrant nose of black cherry, cassis, blackberry, mint, vanilla, cedar/oak, pine needles, cigar box, flowers, tobacco. Full body. Semi-sweet to semi-dry. Medium to heavy tannins. Medium to long finish. A very rich and delicious Cab where each sip begs another. Nicely blended aromatic components. A definite "best buy". 90 points.

This wine is an excellent one to drink by itself or with a meal, but I would recommend drinking it alone. it is somewhat dry, but the flavors are rich and varied on the palette. It is a good buy by any standards.
