This blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc exemplifies the harmony of flavors created by varietal blending. Layers of tropical fruits, citrus, apple and pear characterize the unique wine from beginning to end. High natural acidity and light oaking allow the full expression of Columbia Valley terroir to come through.
The fresh and fruity style of this wine can best be enjoyed during the next two years. A softer wine with subtler fruit will be the result of further aging.
