Winemaker's Notes

Aromas of black cherry, berries and licorice spice introduce this fragrant, fruit driven Cabernet Sauvignon. In the mouth, bright cherry and blackberry fruit flavors intermingle with cassis, plum and white sage. This Cabernet has an inviting entry and firm tannins that hold the flavors.

Well balanced with a long finish, this wine would pair tastily with a hearty dish of braised beef shanks and a celery root mash.

A very light cab with a popping cherry noise and ample flavor. It finishes smooth, and before you know it you've finished the bottle.
