Our 2005 Lake County Cabernet Sauvignon is blended with 8% Petit Verdot and 4% Petite Sirah for depth and complexity. The wine was aged in a
combination of French and American oak for 20 months, and then bottled in April 2007. Aromatic and spicy, with generous flavors of black currents, cherry and cassis, the wine has a rich texture, with enough tannins to promise
a long life. Traditional fermentation in stainless steel tanks, before aging in
French and American oak barrels for 20 months. The wine goes well with red meats and rich reduction sauces.
