The finished wine has floral scents and flavors of black cherry, plum and strawberry jam. Hints of black pepper, tamarind and vanilla resonate in a smooth, soft and savory finish.

 
The appellation's lengthy growing season makes Santa Barbara County a perfect place to grow balanced and concentrated pinot noir grapes. The coastal climate is key-it is just warm enough that the fruit ripens fully; yet not too hot that vegetal undertones appear. A Customer - Far West Texas

I like to be surprised by the hints of fruit and spices, smooth and silky with a long finish. I don't have the vocabulary to do it justice, but there is a pervasive sense of flavor that reminds me of a double cream cheese... maybe it's just me, but it is well worth the price.
