We offer two ways to locate information:
We have added the following products to your shopping cart from a previous visit:
Red wines that are more fruit-forward and lighter in tannin and body.
Medium bodied reds that go down easy, with smooth tannins and supple fruit.
Wines where earthy and/or spicy dominate the flavors – typically medium to full body.
Full bodied wines that have concentrated fruit and are higher in alcohol and/or tannins. Some need age.
The color is redish, maroon with hints of purple. Aromas are strong and spicy, with a woody presence. The palate has marked tannins, while aging adds roundness,
complexity and vanilla.
Suggested food are sweetbread, onion and
pepper kebabs with pear puree and red wine and
thyme reduction, stuffed chicken breast, grilled
aubergines and curry cream.
Bright medium ruby. Slightly reduced aromas and flavors of blackberry, licorice and bitter chocolate. Juicy, intense and rather cool, with enticing violet lift. Has the mid-palate stuffing to support its serious tannic spine. Not hard, but I'd give this persistent wine a year or two to fill out."
