winemaker's notes:
Color: Light yellow with green hues
Aroma: Straw, lime, lemon, citrus, yeasty, spicy,
tropical fruit: melon, pineapple, pawpaw, litchi
Flavor: Rich complex layers of New World fruit surrounded by leesy undertones set in a classic French mineral style
Finish: Long lasting juicy fruit flavors on the palate, with full
mouthfeel, with crisp and clean acid backbone
Continuing in the traditional Glen Carlou style, this wine will
mature well and will show rich, yeasty, full citrus and
biscuity flavours as it ages. A vintage typified by slow
ripening, giving good natural acidity, which gives a brilliant
clean line to the wine.
