The blend is 100% Pritchard Hill Cabernet Sauvignon. The first impression of our 2002 Estate Cabernet provides a wonderful lushness on the pallet with a perfect balance of fruit and acid. The well-integrated tannins are soft at present, but will provide years of age-ability for the wine. The flavor profile includes: Dark Cherry Liqueur, Blueberry Cobbler, Cassis and an ever so light touch of bakers cocoa. Total cases made: 375. Since this is our first ever Estate Cabernet release from our vineyards on Pritchard Hill, it should provide added value for collectors.
