The grapes undergo a strictly controlled cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks and enjoy a partial malolactic fermentation. The wine is immediately bottled to ensure the preservation of the full spectrum of aromatic fruit flavor. Tasting Notes: Of a golden yellow color with light green hues, Gascon Viognier has a perfumed aroma of ripe fruit interwoven with delicate floral scents. It has fresh tropical fruit flavors with a clean, crisp acidity.
