The Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon presents captivating aromas of red currant, raspberry, black cherry and spice. Rich layers of red cherry and currant are framed by sweet vanilla from oak aging unfold on the palate. Medium in body, the wine is very approachable now and maintains a balanced mouthfeel. The grapes were destemmed, but not crushed, and completed 100% malolactic fermentation, thus providing an elegant, beautifully balanced wine with medium body and a smooth, lingering finish.
