Winemaker's Notes

This lovely wine is brimming with fragrant jasmine, honeysuckle, ripe yellow apple, lime, white peach and mineral aromas. Its juicy, ripe apple and lemon-lime flavors strike a perfect balance between fruitiness and vibrant acidity. The finish is dry, spicy and enlivened by the refreshing minerality that makes Riesling such an outstanding food wine. Ideal for spring and summer sipping on the patio or by the pool, the 2007 Riesling also makes a delightful companion to sushi and sashimi, lighter fish dishes, roast turkey, spicy Asian cuisines and soft cheeses. It should be enjoyed over the next year.
