"The 2010 Chianti Classico Rubiolo is a gorgeous wine. Dark cherries, flowers and licorice burst from the glass in this exuberant, vibrant Chianti Classico. The 2010 boasts gorgeous purity and fabulous overall balance. Bright, floral notes add lift on the precise, mineral-driven finish. I especially like the energy here. The Rubiolo is 90% Sangiovese and 10% Merlot. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2020.

Sangiovese re...Read More About Sangiovese
