This blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and 10% Sangiovese shows excellent balance, even if the tannins dry out just a touch on the finish. Ideally the wine needs a few more months in bottle for the oak to integrate. Anticipated maturity: 2010-2014. "
