The 2004 Barrel Fermented Chardonnay boasts flavors of peach and pear on the palate, with just a hint of pineapple. The wine is creamy with a full, luscious mouthfeel. I do not allow this wine to go through malolactic fermentation because of the considerable richness that is inherent in our fruit. The result is a balanced and delicious wine.
