A signature of our Chardonnays has always been the wonderfully fragrant nose that lures you to take a sip. The wine is a complex mix of ripe tropical fruits and peaches with spice and citrus. It is clean yet creamy on the palate and has a wonderfully long finish and near perfect balance. I do not allow this wine to go through malolactic fermentation because of the considerable richness that is inherent in our fruit. I personally taste and inspect every barrel before it is included in the final blend.
