The estate vineyard has a long, successful history with Chardonnay. The wines tend to possess excellent concentration without losing their structural integrity. The key aromas and flavors in our 2009 include Fuji apples, citrus, pineapple, butter, warm toast and vanilla. The finish is crisp and lingering. The combination of intensity and freshness make this a good companion to roasted chicken, baked fish or young cheeses.
