This wine is an intense cherry color with a purple rim. Aromas include ripe red fruit with floral tones and a hint of minerality. The palate is lively, clean and fleshy with good fruitiness. It is juicy and balanced with pleasant persistance.
Pair with salads, vegetable stew, roast beef, pork, chicken and grilled beef. It also pairs nicely with white fish, rice and Italian pastas.
