This set works in three phases: The process begins when the wine is poured through the stainless-steel filter, catching sediment while disbursing into the aerator. The wine is then gently disbursed again, this time through holes in the aerator and into a specially designed globe, beginning the second aeration phase. The wine continues into the bottom of the aerator, travelling along the sides of the decanter, providing superior aeration and oxygenation. Finally, the wine comes to rest in the decanter, bursting with aroma and flavor. It also makes a beautiful serving piece!
