Rubrato is bright ruby red in color,with an intense, richly aromatic nose of red berries and spice which follow through to the palate. This is a well balanced wine with toasty oak elements on the finish. Recommended with lightly grilled meat dishes.

Lots of cherry and red fruit; cedar, leather and cassis on nose.
Palate- cassis, cherry, earthy and gamy.
Medium bodied, high tannin, low acid.
Medium finish - gets smokier.
