Ferrari-Carano presents its finest blend of the five classic Bordeaux varietals – Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc – from the best selections of our vineyards in Alexander and Dry Creek Valleys. Aptly named "Tresor" for "treasure," the grapes are hand harvested from dry-farmed, low-yielding vines primarily on our mountain vineyards. Vibrant aromas and flavors of red and black berries, black tea, cedar, earth,
vanilla, blackberry and cassis, combine with a full mid-palate with considerable, round tannins. Lingering sweet oak notes of creme brûlée and dark chocolate add great depth. This wine's upfront silkiness and roundness make for a delicious selection now and will drink well for 15-20 years.
Blend: 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot, 8% Petit Verdot, 6% Malbec, 2% Cabernet Franc
