We offer two ways to locate information:
Vineyards The grapes are sourced from the La Consulta district of the San Carlos region of Mendoza about 3,000 feet above sea level. With unique microclimate conditions, La Consulta offers the opportunity to produce fruit with exceptional concentrations and structure. Due to its high altitude location, the weather condintions in the region are characterized by a wide thermal amplitiude between daytime highs and nightime lows. The bright sunny days allow for maximum radiation and photosynthesis, resulting in the development of a complex matrix of flavors and aromas. The cool, clear nights translate into a slow, gradual maturation process, permitting an extended hang time and ensuring proper acid balance.
Tasting Notes A modern-styled wine with pretty aromas of violet and herbs du provence , this Merlot has an elegant structure and tons of ripe, blackcherry furit. The elements of French oak, sweet tannins and rich fruit are in harmony here and will continue to meld into each other making this Merlot one with longevity and highly drinkable mass appeal.
