The juice is separated from the skins in a process called "bleeding,"in which 15% of red grape juice from each vat is separated prior to fermentation, ensuring a perfect rosé color. It is then aged in bottle four months prior to release.

Deep rose. Fresh and alluring; hints of pear and raspberry.

Refreshing, reminiscent of red berry fruit and clean, well-defined finish.
