This Rosè is produced from the Vitiano juice obtained after the first 24 hours of skin contact. Fortunately, this means the same care for the vines, perfect ripening and manual harvest of Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is fermented in stainless steel to maintain the optimum freshness and clean fruit. Just over 4,000 cases are produced. A perfect wine for summer, or as an accompaniment to grilled fish or mussels in marinara.
