We offer two ways to locate information:
All grapes for this wine came from our own vineyards in the Dundee Hills. This is our "young vine" cuvée, with vines averaging 25 years in 2007. Eyrie's attentive vineyard practices focused on picking at just the right time in order to capture optimal Pinot flavor. The wine was then aged in mostly neutral French oak for nearly two years, resulting in a wine that accurately expresses Pinot noir's inherent varietal characteristics. The deep, rich scents and flavors are enhanced by a long and lingering finish. It is a wine that pairs exceptionally well with food.
Pair with venison chops with blackberry compote, salmon with bacon and lentils.
"The 2007 Pinot Noir Estate is more expressive aromatically. Cinnamon, allspice, rose petal, cherry, and raspberry scents lead to a silky, medium-bodied, feminine Pinot with savory red fruits, excellent concentration, lively acidity, and a lengthy finish. Drink this tasty effort through 2017."

"All Eyrie wines are estate-grown in our vineyards in the Dundee Hills, with vines averaging 25 years in 2007. This is a truly unique wine from the warm 2006 vintage, showing classic Eyrie restraint and gossamer weight. Expect this wine to age and develop for years to come. It’s a beauty."
