Winemaker's Notes

Eyrie Pinot gris is an incredibly versatile "food wine"! Bone dry, medium-bodied, with a nicely balanced acidity, Eyrie's Pinot gris shows complex varietal aromas and flavors, with a smooth yet crisp and refreshing finish. Delicious!

David Lett planted the first Pinot Noir vines in the Willamette Valley back in 1965 and The Eyrie Vineyards has been producing famously elegant, classic wines since 1970. The first Pinot Noir in the Willamette Valley, and America's first Pinot Gris producer.
