Grape varieties: Primarily Grenache (90%), with 10% Mourvèdre from the same single vineyard.
Color: Deep crimson
Bouquet: Slightly smoky aroma that recalls dried cherry, ripe strawberry and exotic spices.
Taste: Full-bodied and supple, brimming with opulent fruit nicely balanced by an underlying acidity.
Serving suggestions: Enjoy this hearty red wine with assorted tapas, grilled meats, sausages, spicy fish-and-rice dishes and hard cheeses.
Perhaps it is Grenache but it tasted as though it turned. We did not drink it. If I could I would not give it any stars
