  Evil- what a suitable name - 8/3/2009
I would buy this wine again
My wife and I got the itch to open a bottle one random week night for "a" glass of wine. After taking a few sips of this delicious wine, I knew the bottle would be gone. This wine is one of the best "bang for the buck" wines I have tasted. It was velvety smooth with notes of cherry and chocolate. Be careful with this bottle, its evil!

Evil is just okay - 6/14/2008
I would not buy this wine again
This cab is a good value, but it tasted a little young to me. I personally like a more full bodied cab.

I would buy this wine again
Wonderful value. Easy to drink with just enough nose and complexity to tempt one to lie about the price. It drinks >2x its price.

  Very Nice Cab - 5/1/2008
I would buy this wine again
A full bodied cab at a great price. Considering its youthful age it does not taste very young. At $10 a bottle, a great buy. The packaging is quite cool too.

I would buy this wine again
i ordered this bottle in an attempt to try something new. both the rating and the price led me to say, "why not?" and i'm glad I did. Great red for having a glass after work or with dinner. the bottle was gone in less than a week. I would definitely order this again and recommend to friends.

Introduction to Wine with taste - 3/26/2008

I would buy this wine again
I am new to wine. I have been a bourbon/whiskey/scotch drinker for a long time. I have had several various wines over the last few years and found little enjoyment in any of them. Evil cabernet sauvignon has changed that. This wine has inspired me to move past my traditional vices and try new things. I have had several cabernet sauvignons in the past and this has been the first to impress me enough to finish the bottle and buy another. I recommend this to anyone who is in doubt of wine or anyone who wants to try something new. I do not consider myself a wine afficionado by any means, but this bottle has inspired me to pursue a new avenue of beverage completely different from those I prefer. This wine may be my conversion from bourbon to red.

Kosher
A Kosher wine begins like every other - as grapes on a vine. Once they reach the winery for crushing, the wine is under strict rabbinal supervision.
Screw Cap wine
Screw Cap
Many studies report and winemakers agree that screw caps protect wine better and preserve its flavor more effectively than cork. More importantly, screw caps eliminate cork taint caused by TCA, a compound which develops in a small percentage of corks and ruins the taste of wine.
