Central Coast fruit makes up the majority of this blend, lending a characteristic fruit forward quality to the wine. All fermentation was completed in stainless steel tanks. This blend was aged for 5 months in American Oak.
Delicious and supple displaying a bright bouquet of red fruit aromas with hints of sweet blackberries and tea. Rich flavors of currant, strawberry and dark chocolate with a wonderful, lingering aftertaste. This wine is delightful with hearty meat dishes, hamburgers, pasta, pizza and cheeses.
