Ruby color. On the nose, youthful, medium intensity, fig, cherry, plum, leather, tobacco, dirt, milkshake, with earth and oak. On the palate, dry, medium intensity, medium tannin, medium acidity, very creamy nicely integrated cherry milkshake with earth and leather, and a nice tobacco finish for this moderately priced Tempranillo.
"Vivid ruby. Blackberry and dark cherry aromas are complemented by notes of tobacco and licorice. Juicy, nicely concentrated dark fruit flavors are lifted by tangy acidity and pick up smokiness with air. Shows very good clarity on the gently tannic, spicy finish, with the cherry note echoing. This will reward at least another couple years of patience."
