Blend: 50% Tempranillo, 50% Garnacha
Bright pink color. The wine shows powerful strawberry and raspberry aromas and flavors. There is a marked expression of the grape varietals, with candied strawberries and violets, with hints of rose petal. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, refreshing and crisp fruit characters with subtle nuances.
Food pairings: White meats, sushi, scallops, salads, pork, fish, barbeque, Asian cuisine, antipasti.
