The Paragon Vineyard, located in the Edna Valley, has provided us with the richest and lushest Chardonnay possible. This wine was barrel fermented using nine different yeast strains, lies stirred twice a week, using barrels from fourteen different cooperage houses (75% French and 25% American oak). This labor-intensive process has created the quintessence of Chardonnay.
