The Earthworks Shiraz is a Barossa Valley regional blend. The fruit is sourced from local growers with vineyards that range in age from 70, 50 and 35 years old with some younger hand picked parcels. The fruit sourced is either from dry grown vineyards or minimally irrigated vines but all low yielding. Traditional winemaking methods and minimal processing are used to preserve the purity, integrity, texture and flavour of the vines. The wine style is a smooth medium bodied wine that represents true varietal characters.
