We offer two ways to locate information:
Cold maceration before alcoholic fermentation is the DP style, oriented to preserve primary fruit aromas and a natural clean fruit expression. Fermented by native yeasts at low temperatures and aged in 100% new French Taransaud oak for 24 months. Neither fined nor filtered.
Classic and complex aromas of pure, juicy berries, black cherry and spice basket with layers of dried plums.Full bodied with round velvety and supple tannins, elegant, rich, modern and multidimensional.
"Dona Paula’s 2006 Seleccion de Bodega Malbec is a glass-staining opaque purple. It was fermented with native yeasts and aged in new French oak for 24 months. The nose reveals an aromatic array of pain grille, pencil lead, spice box, incense, black cherry, and black raspberry. Dense, layered, and full-bodied, it has gobs of spicy black fruit, enough structure to evolve for 3-5 years, and a lengthy, pure finish. It will offer prime drinking from 2013 to 2026."
