After years of patience, our Spiegel vineyard has just produced its first Cuvée Pinot Gris Vendange Tardive. The vines of this hillside are about 12 years old. Overall, the 1996 is a rich and concentrated vintage, which allowed us to create an outstanding first Vendange Tardive. The wine is rich, complex and very lively, with finesse and elegance. A wonderful balance between residual sugar and acidity gives the wine a delightful freshness.
