Sparkling wine is a wonderful yet often overlooked accompaniment to food. Bright acidity and effervescence cleanses the palate, while the delicate flavors complement a wide array of dishes. Brut pairs very well with Japanese cuisine, my favorite is with sashimi. Sip with bagels and lox for a relaxing weekend brunch.

Surprisingly delicious with small constant bubbles. Flavors like apple and peaches make it clean and crisp.
Sometimes brut doesn't mean what you think it means, but in this case it definitely does. Very dry and a ridiculously good value. This bubbly is a nice change of pace from the fruity stuff, and it adds nicely to festive events.
Certainly a good value & ok for a party. Lighter, thinner, slightly sweeter taste than we prefer. LC
This is a very good wine and i loved it! It looks like a white wine but the bubbly surprised me, making it taste delicious. I recommend this sparkling brut for any occasion.
This wine is good its has a great taste but not so sweet or bitter...the wine is bubbly but smooth
I thought it had a almond flair to it it was light and had good texture. The price point is affordable. I like!!!

I love Champagne so I found myself on a quest to find an affordable champagne that I can keep in the fridge for anytime use w/o havng to open the expensive bubbly. I go through a bottle of this on a weekly basis. I drink the Extra Dry and I love this. My favorites are the White Star and the Veuve Cliquot Demi-Sec. If I did a blind taste test I would not be able to detect if I were drinking the Domaine or the White Star. I have turned on several people to this and they have all thanked me for saving them hundreds of dollars. Love this stuff!!!

This sparking brut is featured in the first class cabin of most USAirways flights, that is how I became aquatinted with it. I do not drink much wine, however when I get the chance to experience this wine I do not hesitate...

What a great value;this is a tasty bottle of champagne for the price. Much better than some of the lower end names you easily find in the grocery store. Uniform bubbles, with no harsh bite or aftertaste. Similar to a spumante, kind of fruity and not too dry. You won't be embarrassed to serve this at a special ocassion or New Year's.
