I opened up this wine the other night and enjoyed it with a tuna salad with an oil and vinegar dressing. I was unsure how it would pair, but it was wonderful! I had a little garlic bread with it as well. This sparkler is very smooth and goes down very easy. Definite crowd pleaser!
