This wine is a great refreshing dry white wine. Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois, each type of vine respectively, bring promptness and smoothness for the first, matter and roundness for the second. This light white wine enhances citrus, melon, pear, apricot flavors and mineral undertones combined with characteristic high acidity.
