Le Vin de Pays du Val de Loire Sauvignon Blanc Sélection Henry BROCHARD is a wine with a subtle bouquet of Sauvignon and combines very expressive floral and fruity aromas. It can be enjoyed as an Aperitif or with dishes such fish, seafood, shellfish and goat cheese, including the famous Crottin de Chavignol. While primarily crafted to be drunk young, this wine can be kept for approximately 3 years. It is dry, very fruity, and best enjoyed chilled 54°.
It is ideal with seafood, fish in
sauces, and with certain cheeses, especially the Crottin de Chavignol goat's cheese.
