Produced by the classic Champagne method, this is a superb sparkling wine blended from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes which shows ripe tropical and white fruit flavors in the elegant Taittinger style.

Visited the winery during the summer, tasting the sparkings and really liked it. Ordered to remember how much I liked it and realized for the price, you can't go wrong.

I think this is one of the best domestic sparklers made. If you are looking to save money, can't afford French Champagne and want to buy American this is the star for you. The winery iteself is beautiful, if you are ever in Napa/Sonoma area besure to stop by and have a glass on their beautiful terrace over looking the vineyards.

I know I already wrote one wine review for this but I just learned something new about it. Domaine Carneros Wines are now Vegan friendly. This means that no animal byproducts were used in its production. Some wineries fine/clarify their wines with egg whites and or gelatin. Not Domaine Carneros.
