This sauvignon blanc has characters of lime, grass, and wet stone on the nose. Clean, crisp minerality. Distinctly dry with lemon and chalk undertones. Great with oysters, asparagus and chevre soufflé, and pesto rubbed halibut.

I had the opportunity to order this wine at a fine, local restaurant in Palm Beach and was very happy with my choice. The wine had a clean, medium dry, somewhat fruity flavor with a pleasant, mellow finish. I have had some difficulty in finding the wine, but, now that I have, I will make sure I have at least one bottle on hand at all times. A nice contrast to Chardonnay in the white wine family.
