It is generally composed of Mourvèdre vines (about 80%) that are grown around the cellar. These vines are about 30 years old. That cuvée is completed with the Grenache grapes from La Migoua (20%) that brings body and complexity to the wine.
The Cuvée Spéciale is often qualified elegant, rich and round as well as fruity, with a lasting flavor. This wine is very pleasant to drink.
