I had half a bottle (if I did not have to share, I just might have hogged the whole thing) of Dom Perignon Rose 1996. It was absurdly, ambrosially, great. And it stood up to steak and sides filled with garlic and spices. Light years ahead of any other rose champagne I have had (haven't tried Crystal yet).

the first vintage of Dom rose that touched my palate was 1976,This vintage is every bit the tantalizing,teasing, pleasing,equal if not a scooch better.when considering the pleasure your taste buds will be subjected to,all else pales in comparison!I love DOM Rose,enough said! old cowpoke from texas.
