I recently enjoyed a bottle of Dom Perignon 1998 with my family to celebrate a promotion. I've tried many kinds of NV champagne but this was my first experience with a prestige cuvee. It did not disappoint! It presented strong hints of citrus balanced with toast flavor. It was the best champagne I've had to date and I look forward to enjoying it again in the future.
