Made from 80% Prugnolo and 20% Aglianico
Ruby-red in color with violet hues, Ramitello offers subtle scents of plums, cherries, blackberry, boysenberry, spices and vanilla . On the palate, Ramitello is full-bodied with velvety soft tannins. The finish is long with lingering notes of spice and licorice.
Excellent with richly flavored dishes, meats, cured meats, small game and aged cheeses. Allow to breathe prior to serving.
