Our 2008 selection was produced from carefully chosen Chardonnay vineyards in California. The juice was cold fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh fruit flavors. The select lots of wine were then blended to develop complexity and express true varietal character, while retaining an approachable, fruit-forward style.
This bright refreshing wine offers aromas of Asian pear and apricot. With a palate weight that lends soft richness and length to the wine, flavors of ripe lychee and white fruit mingle with tropical floral notes and hints of toasted vanilla. The wine finishes with clean acidity delightfully balanced by the full body.
