Our 2007 selection was produced from carefully chosen Chardonnay vineyards throughout California. The juice was cold fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh fruit flavor. The select lots of wine were then blended to develop complexity and true varietal character, while retaining an approachable, fruit-forward style that is appealing both at teh dinner table and al fresco.
This bright, refreshing wine offers aromas of Asian pear and melon. With a palate weight that lends richness and length to the wine, flavors of Gravenstein apple mingle with hints of baking spice. The wine finishes with clean acidity, delightfully balanced by the full body.
